The service

Time:Stamps lets you save, organise, search and export moments from YouTube. Caption capture depends on captions being available on the video and YouTube continuing to expose them to the page. Features may change as the product is maintained, but paid access will continue to remove the stamp limit for the lifetime of the product.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and for activity performed through it. Do not use the service to break the law, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, abuse YouTube, or save and distribute material you have no right to use. Access is personal and may not be resold.

Free and lifetime access

A free account can create 20 stamps in total. Deleting stamps does not reset that allowance. One payment of £29 unlocks unlimited stamps and paid export features for the lifetime of the product. There are no recurring charges.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of Time:Stamps as an operating product. It does not promise that every current feature, integration or third-party service will remain available indefinitely.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing sam@flosumo.com. If the product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails your statutory rights, the remedies required by applicable consumer law also apply. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of notes and collections you create. You give Time:Stamps permission to store and process them only as needed to operate the service. You remain responsible for how you quote, publish or distribute material from a source video.

Availability and liability

Reasonable care will be taken to keep the service available and protect saved data, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Time:Stamps is not liable for indirect losses or for failures caused by YouTube, Chrome, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel or another service outside its control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending access and changes

Access may be suspended for unlawful use, abuse or attempts to compromise the service. Material changes to these terms will be dated here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
