Who is responsible

Time:Stamps is operated by Sam Millan in the United Kingdom. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, email sam@flosumo.com.

What is collected

• Your email address, account identifier and optional display name when you create an account.
• The YouTube URL, video title, channel, thumbnail, saved second, optional note and collection you choose to save.
• Available YouTube caption text for a video, plus the excerpt around a saved moment.
• Stripe customer, checkout and payment status identifiers when you buy lifetime access. Time:Stamps does not receive or store your full card details.
• Technical request logs produced by the hosting, database and payment providers for security and fault diagnosis.

How the extension works

The Chrome extension reads the YouTube tab you activate so it can capture the current video, playback position, channel and available captions. It stores your Time:Stamps sign-in session and temporary pending capture data in Chrome's local extension storage. It sends saved data to the Time:Stamps Supabase project and uses time-stamps.com to keep the web and extension sessions in sync.

The extension does not read unrelated tabs, browsing history, keystrokes or advertising data.

Why it is used

Data is processed to provide the service you request, authenticate your account, enforce the 20-stamp free allowance, complete purchases, prevent abuse and fix faults. Payment and account records may also be retained where required by law.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and the database. Stripe processes payments. Vercel hosts the web app. YouTube supplies the source page and captions you choose to capture. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention, export and deletion

Saved moments remain until you delete them or request account deletion. You can export your stamps and collections from Settings. Email sam@flosumo.com to request a copy, correction or deletion of your account data. Some transaction and security records may be retained where there is a legal obligation or legitimate need to prevent fraud.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to receive a portable copy of your data. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact Time:Stamps first and the request will be handled promptly.

Changes

Material changes will be dated on this page. If a change meaningfully affects how existing account data is used, users will be told before it takes effect where reasonably possible.
